Punctual and turned up when they said they would. Sadly, for the work that was done though, we were heavily over charged (get three quotes from other companies). We also asked for a quote for a new slate lined roof and were advised not to, as slate is brittle and cracks when walked on. We are not a family that regularly walks across our roof and thought this an odd comment from a professional"!!"
