Can never get through on the phone, tried multiple times regarding court hearings! Even if you do get through it automatically cuts you off! Been like it for months!!I wouldn’t rate them 1 star but I had to in order to leave this review. How are you supposed to organise anything with these people?!Absolute shambles!

I wonder..... if a random person has an egg thrown at them by a malicious individual, would their case need to be heard by the Chief Magistrate?Indeed, would they even be arrested in the first place?

Have never received any correspondence regarding a hearing that’s due to take place. Only found out because my wife let it slip. Tried for two days straight to get in touch and they never answered. My wife who I’ve been with for 28 years left me for another man, she has not been to the house since (she left on the 4th march 2022 it’s now the 10th of may 2022) she has had little to no interactions with my daughter, is failing to provide me payment details for various bills and she then lets it known 4 days before a hearing that she has taken out a property adjustment order. I have heard nothing from the courts nor anyone else regarding this. Her behaviour is deplorable to say the least but the courts having made no attempt to contact me and not being available for me to contact them is disgusting and disgraceful. I have now been ringing them none stop during working hours for two days and the phone has only rang twice. Both occasions it rang for half an hour before termination. Who do I speak to? The break up of my marriage was devastating, but the lack of support from government agencies is soul destroying.

Have fake hearings judges don't know criteria for charging.Luton courts assist violent men rather than deal with breaches of order.Manger is RACIST and have a video of her stating she doesn't like dealing with people like myself.Adjourn hearings to then charge and sentence you blind with frauded police information.

Worst court phone lines keep you on hold for an hour automatically cuts off, can never get through to get information, the amount of money the courts make through the misery of others, a disgrace not answering public calls.

i fell into the trap with trying to make contact by phone to the cost of £17.42. i must have either fallen asleep waiting for my call to be answered or didnt put the receiver down correctly plusnet informed me, a call was registered lasting over three hours. .NO ANSWER FROM THE COURT AND NO REFUND FROM PLUSNET. pls be aware
