Lovely clean comfortable caravan. Great value for money.Beautiful sandy beach across the road. Didn't visit the onsite club house but sounded fun. Pool was good for indoor entertainment. Also next holiday park up the road had a splash zone and soft play, ninja zone and interactive ball game screen for older children.

We're staying for a couple of weeks and arrived over a week ago. The gold chalet is nice and modern with a dishwasher and everything you would need on holiday. It was clean when we arrived and the launderette is handy for when we need to wash and dry clothes. It's quite a quiet site but has a pool and playground for the kids. There's entertainment on in the evenings but we don't hear the noise generally for the things on late at night.Lisa has been very helpful on site and in reception. Staff are friendly. There's a shop on site which sells most items you might need on holiday and it's not too expensive.Beach and Brean splash/softplay/theme park nearby. We returned for a 3rd + week and put into a different 'Gold' chalet. The bathroom is very old, stained and tired. There is mould in and around the shower and a very rusty shower rail, floor and plumbing dirty and worn. Leaking toilet. The children won't even have a shower in there. There's no window in the bathroom and there didn't seem to be a working extractor fan so it smells. The beds were made up with no mattress covers underneath, just a flat white sheet and when I saw the state of the mattresses, I went out and bought some. They were very old and stained. I noticed mould in the corner of the bedroom too which is not good for kids with allergies and asthma. Speaking of mould, the table lamp falling apart next to the bed was covered in it.The kitchen tap has dripped since we got here. The hairdryer doesn't work in the bedroom and the fire doesn't seem to heat up in the lounge. This chalet seems a bit bigger and is more spacious but a shame about the bathroom and other aspects. I've spent a lot of money at Sandy Glade this year and am disappointed in our second chalet. I don't think we'll be returning knowing we could be put into the same again.

Nice place near the beach. Visited here twice. First time was a caravan. Small, cosy, functional. This time had a larger accommodation: Lodge, because we also came with a bigger group.Very nice the beds already made. Looks clean and for a good price too.Very friendly and helpful staff too.Chef's corner has a lot of variety of food and all tasty options with decent prices.Nice surrounding area as well.

Lovely stay at Sandy Glade! Have stayed a few times, once in a platinum caravan and the other a value chalet. The value chalet is definitely not as well looked after as the caravan, but for the price one cannot complain! Wonderful staff and events: thank you!

We have our static van here and absolutely love the site. Run by lovely people, amenities all kept nice. Club is fun and reasonably priced. Nice swimming pool but best to book a slot online. Right opposite best beach around. Great location.

This john fowler site in Brean is shocking its filthy dirty not disabled friendly the caravans are not cleaned properly nor are the chalets please don't waste your hard earned money here the people we met there all said the same old ,tired, dirty no parking by caravans or chalets so can be really hard to unload your suitcases etc . The noise from other guests arguing & swearing does really put you off especially if you are elderly or with small children the only positive thing I can say Is the beach is over the road walking along coastal path .There are many caravan/ camping sites along that stretch so my advice is definitely look elsewhere. Our caravan 329 was supposed to be assisted meaning easy access & disabled friendly it was booked online in advance as my husband has mobility problems & needs grab rails for shower / toilet also a ramp to access none of this existed we struggled for the duration of the stay as no one was bothered when we queried that we booked an a assisted caravan ?
