Bought pure brilliant white gloss paint, once opened the paint was actually a cream colourTook it back and was refused a refund and told to apply multiple coats to make it turn whiteWill never shop there again

First class service throughout. Straight away we were warned that tiles would need to be ordered in, but this was fine and we went ahead to order.We were given plenty of advice over our choice and quantity and help buying the correct equipment to do the job. Delay for ordering" - what delay? We ordered Tuesday afternoon and they called us to collect Wednesday lunchtime. Even offered to take the order to our car for us.Excellent. Well done."
