Sue made an ice Victoria sponge cake for a family birthday. Everyone said how lovely the decorations were and it was light and tasty.

Requested a simple Victoria sponge for a birthday and Sue baked a gorgeous cake with buttermilk topping decorated with Happy Birthday writing and florets. It was light and tasty and really good value!

Sue made our wedding cake for us. It was absolutely delicious and looked beautiful. All our guests throughly enjoyed it. Sue went above and beyond to make sure we got the cake we wanted. She delivered it on the morning of our wedding and made sure it was all set up for us decorating it with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and gypsophila. Thank you, we will definitely recommend to friends and family ❤️

Sue made two absolutely fantastic cakes: one for our wedding day and one for a wedding celebration gathering. Both were delicious ( many compliments) and looked fantastic. They also both did well in the heatwave ( which was impressive!)Sue is great to work with. She is very organised, helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you Sue!!!

I found Sue through Google and hadn’t heard of or tried her cakes before… but I’m so glad I stumbled across her page! The cakes were beautiful and absolutely delicious. They still tasted lovely and homemade, not shop-bought-tasting and dry which can sometimes be the case. Sue catered for a bulk order for our work Valentine’s Day event as well as vegan and GF. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for yummy and well priced cakes!

I have been using Sue's Cake Shop for over a year now for birthdays and any special occasions and she has never let me down. My wife has been on a quest to find the perfect Victoria Sponge and I found it in May 2020! Friends and family have all commented on how nice the cakes are and I wouldn't choose anyone else! Highly recommend to anyone who loves cake...
