Interesting course in good condition and for once good sand in the bunkersThe course keeps long grass areas to a minimum so not too punishing if you have a wayward shot. Everyone in the group enjoyed the day.

Eight of us played this course and the majority really enjoyed it found the fairways and the greens in good condition even with all the rain we had.Found the staff to be very helpful nothing was too much trouble would definitely recommend.

The settings of Orchardleigh are certainly grand, the sat nav takes you to the old entrance which is no longer in use but a very impressive castle like gate accessing the old road up to the manor house which looks amazing.You can tell straight away that its a fairly young course, the front 9 is a fairly uninspiring up and down of fairly short holes with some water in play but the back 9 is much more tricky and interesting with a bit more elevation. Greens were in average condition but certainly very payable. I had the place pretty much to myself and really enjoyed the peaceful setting and sun going down as I walked up the 18th. It seems like the course is more of a bolt on to the Manor House rather than a real feature of the estate but still worthy of a journey out to try it for yourself.

It was a great course, and so far the people we have met have been very nice people.

Had a great time playing the front nine on a sunny spring evening. The course has some challenging holes with water often in play but I soon forgot about my score with the amazing views on the 6th!

The course was very wet after several weeks of rain, and as it's built on clay, it doesn't drain very well. That said, we had a very enjoyable round and will definitely return.One or 2 issues that could be addressed:Greens were quite bobbly with poorly repaired pitch marks. Hopefully, some dry weather will allow the greenkeepers to roll them.The bunkers also require some attention, and different sand may help with making them more playable.

I have been to this course twice and can only say good things. The course was in excellent condition and we paid £23 a round which was an absolute bargain. Pro shop was great when we rang to arrange and bar staff are just as friendly. We have been both times on a Wednesday and it never seems too busy. You will do well to find a better course under £30 in my opinion.

Lovely course with great surroundings. Well layed out with quite interesting and varied holes.Only real down side were the greens.Given the rest of the course is pretty good they let it down a bit.Good value for money and I would play again.

A great way to enter a course. A quaint clubhouse at the end of a winding drive. You pass through the course, walled garden and wedding venue. The club house is getting facelift at the moment. The staff are all very friendly

Lovely course, never that busy.Has 5 covered bays for the driving range and open spaces next to the bays to practice off grass.Nice putting green and a great hole 19.Prices are probably the most competitive around.
