Purchased my home with Solihull Sales & Lettings back in March 2021 and can honestly say I could not recommend them enough! They were quick and responsive, and nothing was too much hassle. Buying a house is stressful enough let alone selling a property at the same time, the high street agent I was selling my house with made the experience even more stressful due to lack of communication, however both Indy and James at Solihull Sales & Lettings went above and beyond for myself, pushing the high street agent for communication on my behalf and made things run more smoothly so the transition of selling my old property and buying the new one became easier. Could not thank them enough for all their help!

Hello,We were looking for a house to move into Solihull from Slough. It was real hard to get A hold of rental property and we kept searching for almost 1.5 months without luck. One day we came across a property with Indy and we reviewed it and showed our interest to rent it. Considering 1.5 month of search and dealing with big agencies, we were like it would be real hard process and we may not get it as it happened with alot of agencies.However Indy made the process so simple and easy that we couldnt believe we actually got the property until we step inside for the first time. I dont think there is anything else that can be done to make the process and move this much smooth and easy. Everything was beyond the expectation and we are already loving the house and services from Solihull Letting and Sales agency.We would highly recommend this to anyone and will surely stay with them for many years to come. Had an awful experience here. I think estate agents thinks they have become God! I made couple of inquires about a property no one got back to me. Ended up ringing few times promised calle back bit no reply.Called again spoke to Asian lad and told him that why I am not getting any feedback. If the property is no longer available just email me that's the basic job of estate agent.He became too rude said I don't have to tell him his job job is not askimg about my job...well if I m renting a property you ask everything about me and you can't be polite enough over a telephone with a customer.I M a landlord myself and wouldhate it have if somebody handled my property like this. People who are renting are humans you don't have to degrade them. Have a decency to get back to them if the property is no longer available or take off the listing so you don't get inquiry. And don't employ idiot full of themselves customer service rep to answer your phone calls. Never assume that someone renting is any less than someone buying . Your job is to serve thats what you are getting paid for o serve me the customer so you can make a commission and pay your bills its not other way round.So stop the the crab and get on to your work as you don't seem to know what your job is

During my time any problems I have had Indy has always made sure the team were on top of it. I went to Solihull Sales and Letting after my previous high street agent was unable to find a tenant. I chose Solihull Lettings as they had good reviews. James sent a professional photographer to take pictures, marketed the property fast and got viewings booked in fast and we found a tenant very quick! and a good one too! Once they found someone the process was fast and my tenant moved in faster than expected. Indy helped with the tenancy agreement and i i received the payment.
