In brief, our installation of patio sliding doors were draughty but after a few service call-outs, the problem was clarified. A new resized static frame was required to replace the old one. When ready, Mark Talbot & Scott from the suppliers returned with the new correct sized frame & new parts.They took their time & with thought & patience & rectified our sliding patio door problem to perfection. There are no longer any draughts nor can we hear any outside noise. A very good job done & we are over the moon ! Thank You lads for persisting to solve the very annoying problem.You are an asset to both your companies.

Absolutely brilliant.....at the start.Be aware that after installation they will ask for a large part of the bill to be paid (even offering a slight reduction for doing so) before the last few bits are finished.Once you have paid this the service then goes dramatically downhill. To the point where they just completely ignore all emails.We paid everything except £2000 and now we are left with a half finished, not fit for purpose (in fact contrary to building regulations) bodge job that we cannot get rectified. And radio silence from Swadlincote Windows.Add to this the damage they caused to the property whilst making the installations (which they tried to cover up with furniture) and catching one of their employees smoking inside my house then my only advice would be AVOID.

Requested info on replacing a barrel lock on a composite door supplied by them. Pleasant lady tried to be helpful but lacked knowledge. So did other members of staff.Cost me £100 to find out how simple it is ( different to plastic door).

Having been delighted with the service from the off & quality of our new front door. We had need a few months later for some after service, I called & they sent someone out within 1 hour who addressed the issue. Andy at Swad windows was quick to respond, friendly & I can’t speak highly enough about the service. Thank you

All I needed was a small bar which needed to be custom made, other companies turned me away as the job was too small - but Jordan came to the rescue and sorted me out.Knowing their level of aftercare should give future customers comfort.

I actually had the work done about a year and a half ago, but I have deliberately left it this long before writing the review so that I can give a better view of the work done. And I am happy to say that I am completely delighted.I had quite a few windows fitted, large and small, fand the quality of the work, the value for money, and the professionalism of the company and the fitters was excellent. I thoroughly recommend them, and in fact I am in the process of getting them in to quote for the rest of the work that needs doing.

Daz and Team came today to replace 3 panes of glass as they had blown. Adjust our French doors, fit window trims to 4 windows plus fit new soffit. They were very professional, courteous, polite and very respectful of our home. They were very clean and tidy and were finished in no time at all. 10/10 We highly recommend Swadlincote Windows to anyone. We have no hesitation in using them again.Thank you.
