Roxy's Rainbow Pet Cremation

My 18 year old cat Toby went missing for 6weeks then thanks to FB he was reunited home. Unfortunately had him for a week he wasn’t himself. His body was slowly shutting down. Vets4pets told me about local business. I think this set my mind at rest. Roxy rainbows amazing I never knew it exist they so lovely and you don’t have to wait weeks for pets ashes. If you request for it they will even give you your pets metal frames. I will certainly be doing this with my next cat. Thank you so much

Our lovely pet dog of 16 years, Rosie, sadly passed away. Your pets are part of your family and we were devastated and heartbroken. I'd heard about Roxy's Rainbow's lovely, compassionate service and rang them. The lady I spoke to, Wendy, was so caring, lovely and reassuring. I just knew Rosie would be looked after in an empathic way. We took her home from the vet and within an hour Wendy and Louis came to collect her. The next day Rosie came back home with Louis. He explained about the items we'd asked for and we laid them on her bed: a beautiful box with her ashes inside and her name on, a paw print in a box with a photo, hair clippings, an ink paw print and three lovely cards. I can't explain how these items gave the four of us great comfort. Wendy, Louis and your work colleagues offer an amazing service. We can't thank you enough.

Roxy's have been amazing and caring from the minute I got in touch with them. I've had plans in place for a while; and when the time came they've made something that is distressing and traumatic, that little bit more bearable.Knowing that Frankie was treat with such care and compassion, has really made things easier to process and removed the doubt and worry I'd have had if it had been done by any one else.After they collected him from my home, I wasn't ready to let go; they quickly set up the Chapel of rest room for me to pay him one last visit, an act that I'll forever appreciate.And to have him home within 24 hours, is the peace of mind we all need at a time like this.Thank You All.

On Monday December 11th 2023 we lost our beautiful Cavalier King Charles, Tilly was such a character and almost 14yrs old her health took a turn for the worst which resulted in her Euthanisation at the Vets for Pets in Hartlepool. I had arranged Tilly's cremation through Roxy's Rainbow which proved to be the best decision in the whole process. Tilly was collected within the hour and removed to Roxy's Rainbows premises. I received a phone call from Sophie who assured me and promised me the very best for Tilly. The following morning of the12th i went to collect Tilly's ashes and memorabilia, What care they had taken of of her. Sophie and I talked for a while then she presnted me with Tilly's Urn and memorabelia consisting of her Pawprint in Clay and clippings of her fur. I could not priase this company highly enough, The compassion, sympathy and care was truly an unbelievable inspiration. From my Wife and my family I Thank You Sophie from the bottom of my heart. Fantastic service from the moment we made the first phone call. Sophie and the team were amazing and so helpful. Kind, considerate and hugely empathetic at a very difficult time for us after losing our beloved Rizzo. Thank you for going above and beyond for us all as a family.

My beautiful girl Lexie left for Rainbow Bridge early hours on Friday morning. Roxy’s Rainbow phoned me around 8.45am Friday to say they had Lexie and what a beautiful girl she was. We discussed which urn/box I would like and if I had any more requests.10am Saturday they rang me to say she was ready to come home ❤️When collecting her I was met by Sophie who took her time to listen, talk and comfort me.I’d highly recommend Roxy’s Rainbow. They made a very difficult time a little easier. All I wanted was my baby home and they made sure that was possible.Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

My beautiful and beloved cat, Bella away yesterday. I cannot praise Sophie enough for her professional service, care and compassion. It gave me great comfort to know was in safe and caring hands. Bella went to rainbow Bridge in a very dignified and caring way. I would 100% recommend Roxys

Just the most amazing family, who showed care and compassion throughout. My adored border collie Teddy passed away last week and Roxy's Rainbow were fantastic. They collected Teddy from the Vets ( allowing me to stay with him throughout) and having taken my boy into their care, they kept me updated. Within 24 hours they brought Teddy home to me, along with his paw print on a card, a lovely sympathy card and a bottle with some of his fur. I can't thank you all enough for helping me at my most heartbroken and can't recommend you highly enough ❤️
