Would give no stars if I could. Company phoned whilst we were on our way to pick up our vehicle to say it would be an hour late. Despite having 2 months to ensure our vehicle was waiting for us. Waited and then turned up to discover a huge van had been sent. Obviously useless for our private use on holiday, and nothing could be sorted for us for over 5 hrs. On a tight schedule we had to completely cancel the hire and have been promised a refund. Not helpful and a very stressful start to our holiday. Being bikers, we hired a car to have a stress free trip but couldn't have been more wrong. Wouldn't bother with them.

Awful company. Used their Burton branch and was given a car with a massive scrape down the side. Then, to add insult to injury, three months later, completely out of the blue after handing it back with no issues, I have just received an email stating they're going to charge my card £1000 to fix the (pre-existing) scrape on the car they gave me!

They are very very good. I used them for a van rental. Superb customer service. Super quick to get keys. Helped me get the van out. Even gave me a lift back. Meghan and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Have used other rental companies in the past and honestly no where near as good. Look after your employees there enterprise as they are a credit to your company. Will use again when it’s moving time. Thanks to all the team, especially to Meghan.

Very easy to book on line. Efficient quick service. Will definitely use again if I need to rent another car.
