The man doing the assessment came 30 minutes early, looked at the space that needed fencing, and drove away! Not heard one word since.This is the last time I do a review on Google. The tradesman concerned phoned me yesterday, very angry, and disputed everything I said. He said all the curtains were drawn and there were no lights on. My husband is ill and was still in bed. There were no lights on because it was broad daylight. He said I should have gone outside to him. I am a pensioner and did not fancy braving the cold in my nightie and dressing gown.Felt really shaken after this experience.
