My order was wrong. Doner pitta was old donner reheated and a chicken panini was so salty. What a bizarre place. I left the venue and my man tried to charge me again. Aviod this place at all costs i know im goimg to be ill from it tomorrow...

Disgusting service, Disgusting staff, call themselves Muslims, lying cheating, scum, made my order around 2.30 am, said would deliver by 3.20 am, it 5 am and still have not given my food, driver turns up banging door and wakes up whole family, then has the cheek to offer food after I have denied due to how late it is and they refuse to cancel or refund my order. Thieves, didn't even answer the phone in shop, called so many times then when they do answer guy refuses to cancel order saying manger not there and he cant do it. Must have learning difficulties, never order from this place. Waste of your time and you won't see the money back or food.

Reading some other reviews it looks like a common trend with these guys. They are always late. I’ve ordered a few times and unfortunately they’ve never managed to make it on time. Today was the worst with the food coming late and cold/warm. Don’t get me wrong their food is really nice and it’s very consistent but also very consistent in being late aswel. I haven’t had any customer service issues so can’t comment too much on that. This place has soo much potential with their quality of food but I’m sure they’re losing customers due to this common problem. Fix up and wish you all the best guys. If it’s your first time ordering then don’t get put off as their food is nice but just don’t go according to the time they give and you’ll have a good meal at the end

I placed an order here for the first time, I forgot to put instructions not to knock the door so I called when I called they said they don’t deliver to my address and they are sorry about the inconvenience and I need to cancel the order I tried to do this it didn’t work they said they would cancel it their end, so I waited the message I then received said it was my choice to cancel the order and the restaurant have done it on my behalf. It is now not allowing me a refund as it says they had already started to prepare my order when this is in fact not true I wish I could rate them no stars as this is completely unacceptable and if u ask me it’s a scam.The public service was also disgusting, in the end they just told me I should receive a refund in 2-3 days if not call back. To which then I received an email today saying, as the restaurant had already started preparing my food they would still have to change me for all of the food. I didn’t want to cancel the order and if I hadn’t called asking them not to knock the door I would never have been informed and just wouldn’t have received my food. I am infuriated at this restaurant.

This restaurant had the worst customer service I have ever seen. They lost our food. The driver kept saying he waited 10 minutes which was a lie. He waited 2 minutes at best and there was no food at the door like the driver saidThey cut the call on us and didn’t even offer a solution to either to replace the missing food or a refundAbsolutely horrendous. I won’t patronise if I was you

Getting a delivery from this place just takes so long I waited over one and a half hours just for my delivery to come and everytime we called they kept saying another 10 minutes definitely dont recommend getting a delivery
