Not great, bought 2x xbox controllers and paid for the insurance £10 on top for 2 yrs, the controllers then break which happens so went to exchange for a new one, but was told they have none in stock so for me thats just not good enough. Quick to take the money slow to exchange and still not got a new one yet.

Extremely slow service guy on the till was nice enough but thanks to the customer being a little awkward ahead of me in the queue, didn't bother to get the other assistant into the till? If my daughter wasn't desperate for the funkopop I would have just left!

Such a good selection of merch and games. Always the best selection of Dungeon and Dragons merch,.books etc and well priced.

I dont come here often as it isnt my local game but this store is one of the rare great game stores there is a big selection of everything just like it should be. My local store is braehead i have made great friends of thr staff members they always know what im in for in the braehead store and im loyal to that store but i wish it had the same selection as this store.
