Pleasant and tranquil location on the Gloucester to Sharpness canal, with towpath walks either direction from this single lane swing bridge, which is operated by a barrier & traffic signal light system. There are canal boat moorings adjacent to the bridge and is a popular stopping place.

A pleasant but unremarkable spot on the canal. Some moored boats, and a nice view across the estuary to the Forest of Dean.
