Solid agent, can't fault them. They seem to have a dominant position in the local market (Dulwich / Herne Hill). We interacted mostly with Harry who was professional and helpful throughout the process. Communication was good and everything went smoothly.

I’d like to highlight Olga who was our letting consultant helping us secure a flat we absolutely loved. From the very beginning to the end of the process, Olga has been very professional, empathetic, and undoubtedly had our best interest at heart. She always responded and followed up with us promptly, providing reassurance and updates throughout, and took all the stress of finding and moving house for us. It’s been such a smooth ride working with Olga, she’s an asset to the team and I can’t thank her enough for all the work she’d done - we’re very happy tenants in our lovely new home!

Pedder were brilliant from start to finish.Showing us around the properties Dan was friendly and knowledgeable, and had some great local insights into the area. During the application process he was quick and helpful in his replies and was always available to answer questions. Dan made every effort to accommodate our needs on the move in date and made the whole process as smooth as possible.On the move in day we were met at the property on time and the check-in was done extremely quickly and efficiently.We have used several agencies in the past and Pedder has by far been the best experience.
