I have purchased a course from this website and it was easy to access and understand. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.

Frankly not happy with the customer service and the refusal to action a refund. I booked and paid for the wrong course in error, have not used or accessed this course nor do I intend to, and have requested a refund. I have since booked the correct course and completed it online, which was satisfactory. The original course I booked in error, which remains unused, is not eligible for a refund I have been informed, but I cannot be given a good reason why. Unacceptable!

Please be careful using this learning platform as I completed a course followed by a test. Hardly any questions related to the content that you would expect in the test and even the questions were not clear with wrong answers. Unfortunately their own internal quality standards didn't notice this and it took a consumer/learner to spot the inaccuracies. Thankfully I had prior learning of the subject I was updating on to notice the inaccuracies. LearnPac also doesn't seem to be thankful for this or that other previous learners to myself learning the material could have been learning the wrong actions to take. So please be careful using this company.

I had no problems with the course and whenever I needed help the customer service was ready immediately with accurate support.

I rarely leave reviews. But as they are refusing a refund this is my only way. The professional chaperone training course has legislation 9 years out of date! Could cost you your license and get you the sack. Only 10 questions asked at the end. Shameful

I had to enrol to do Mandatory Training for my workplace.Learnpac, took 3 amounts of £35.99 from my account, over 2 weeks ago, no apologies, no quick refund, all I get is it takes 10 days to refund. Still waiting. How come Amazon give you a refund within 3-5 days, yet Learnpac just take more than they should, and keep you hanging around for a refund. You cant speak to a real human being, cant leave a message, the company is shocking, very unprofessional, far better training companies to use. . I wouldn't recommend ever using this company.

Really weak course, wish I hadnt paid. The same info is freely available on internet. No depth, just slides with lists on. I came wanting support investigating and just skim read it in 20 mins. Assessment is a joke, anyone could guess the answers correctly. Not education. Id argue not even a course.

I took the Health and Safety in the Early Years course from LearnPac and it was very informative. The course was easy to understand and I learn new information. Their system is also user-friendly.
