Nail snapped randomly within two weeks when they last 4-6 weeks normally. Won’t be going again! Quality of product is shocking.

Went yesterday fot a pedicure. The member of stuff who served me not only didn’t understand that that the polish I already had was normal and could be removed with normal polish removal, could’t also understand what the manager was telling her about not doing my toes nails too many tomes because I would’t polish them. Also, the whole procedure lasted more than an hour, which is too much for a simple pedicure without polish. Wasted too much of my time and £27

Always do them how I ask, last well over 5 weeks. Love

She doesn’t have the prices up in her shop and always lie to customers about the price. She charges some people more and others less for the same design nails ect, which is not right and claims she’s giving everyone a discount when she’s already lying about the price. Next time put a board with your prices in the shop so we know how much we are paying not you deciding by looking at the customer how much you want to charge. It’s not fair on customers you always lie about the prices and rip people off.

I've been a few times now, but not sure whether I will return. All the staff are lovely except one. She's very miserable and rude and talks to other staff in her language, clearly about the customer she's attending too! Felt very uncomfortable when she was doing my nails.

Happy with my nails, they're elegant and thin just like I wanted but I thought £40 was pricey for a set of acrylics. I still love them though

Fitted me in when they were almost closing. Fab customer service. The staff was incredibly skilled and attentive. She Waxed my eyebrows after finishing my nails when it was after closing which I found to be very accommodating. Their commitment to customer satisfaction enhanced my overall experience. Will definitely be a regular here

I had requested the attached design with only one request, to make my nails a little shorter than the ones on the design. What I got could not be more different. First of all, the nail with the gold flakes, mine have a single gold flakes and you can completely see the extension. Second, even though I chose a lilac colour, the colour looked a lot less brighter on the colour pallette they gave me. Third, they made my nails longer than the design which is awful because I have never had such long nails, I am struggling to do basic tasks without hurting myself, and I asked them more than 2 times that I wanted them shorter than the nails on the photo. And finally, the finishing work was sloppy. I had bits of nail left over from the filing and shaping that I had to sit and pick away. The staff was friendly, but what I asked for and what I got were completely different by miles. As soon as I left the salon I was in tears and wanting to rip the nails off. My partner had to console me and convince me that it is good to try new things, but I absolutely hate what they did to my nails. I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone I know. It was extremely disappointing.
