Scam, Don't buy here! They tell you that you need to buy more than you need, and when you want to return the unopened packs that you didn't need, they tell you it's £50 collection fee. And you cannot drop it off at the store because they don't store it there hahaha nice story. Also my friends, who bought flooring of them and have it layed by person they recommended, is all noisy and squeaky and they won't accept the responsibility for it. Don't buy here because of something goes wrong you're no longer treated fairly.

My husband and I went to Direct flooring today because we fancied a change. We got our dark wood flooring from there around 5years ago, and may I say it looks just as good now as then. We've decided to go for a lighter one this time. The young man we saw was very helpful and didn't mind me trying to barter with him. He did give us a great deal today and found the perfect colour for us. Thank you once again for putting up with my cheek and you kept on smiling. We will probably be back on another 5 years so you have plenty of time to recover. Sophie

John was amazing with us getting us sorted with a whole house of flooring very patient and super friendly didn’t push us on anything and happy to look at all costs with us didn’t push on anything expensive work to our budget. His coworker seb was also super friendly and a great help
