City Today Courier & Logistics

Always use city today to post my ebay parcels as they are much cheaper than royal mail. How-ever might need a re-think as last week sent a £80 vase via them and despite the double bubble wrap and boxed inside another box, it arrived smashed. All they have offered is the £6.95 postage back. It did say on the receipt that no claims can be made for damage but didnt see it on their website

I've never used City Today Courier & Logistics, so commenting on there ability to deliver wouldn't be fair.But what I can comment on is a Member of their Team (a Driver) driving extremely dangerously whilst trying to merge due to being in the wrong lane, whilst trying to physically move my vehicle out the way which my 6 month pregnant partner was driving with my 6 year old daughter in the passenger and myself in the back.Once the driver gotten alongside the passenger side of the vehicle, he then began the W*nk*r" gesture in my 6 year old daughters face and putting my whole family at risk by trying to run us off the road.I rang there office immediately who where polite in the matter

The staff are excellent but since the recent price increases, we have been using less and less. For the same price we can send royal mail with delivery confirmation and for parcels between 1-2 kg it costs 95p more to send than the royal mail. No brainer.

they do not treat employees very well, do not pay for work, do not recommend And let them learn to respect people

It is one of those companies that would like to not pay for the submitted job. Attempt to contact to many times without success.Be very careful when making a decision to work with this company

So these guys went out of thier way today to help me get a battery that had become lost" by another firm. Within a hour of talking to them

Seem to think they can make their own time up on when to arrive. Booked for a specific time for a reason not oh you should give half/1 hour incase of traffic. If the person you're sending for my job is coming from another job they should have well enough time to make it to the next one. Even better still no one turns up when you've booked them well in advance the day before.

Had a battery picked up on Tuesday 1st June for next day delivery 30 miles from the pick up and by Friday 4th June 4.30pm it still hadn't been delivered it had gone back to the courier depot. This company has no idea how to run a courier business .I have been an HGV class 1 driver 45 years and never had such a bad experience as this.
