I've previously taken out a few loans, but never with a credit union. When dealing MCU, you are treated as a human, not just another number. The service I received was ten times better than any high street bank or lender. It was excellent.My loan was quickly approved within a week with a fair interest rate. I was fortunate to have Zatoon as my loan officer, who listened to my queries and actioned any requests.I intend to become a saver with MCU for some time now as they seem trustworthy and fair. Plus, they have been a pleasure to deal with - I highly recommend them!!

I know that there are limited staff at the moment, however this service has been very poor in trying to communicate with anyone verbally, especially when they don't get back to you for days after leaving a message, this has been my case since before the virus..Needs to be addressed

Why is it that everytime I want to withdraw some money, I can never get through?! Tried near enough 6 times ringing so far today, and no joy whatsoever. Surely to God, there must be someone at the end of the line! Pick the phone UP! Sure I got cut off earlier as it rang once and next thing it sounded like I got disconnected. Very unprofessional. Sort it out!

They never answer the phone, spend hours and hours trying to get through, bring back local branches, the one I used to deal with was friendly and helpful. The way its run now is useless
