We have had our sofa and chair for a week now, they are so comfortable and are wonderful quality. So very happy with our furniture, service at the showroom was wonderful, we were made to feel welcome and listened too. The delivery team were brilliant and very friendly. We had a very good experience over all and very happy with the furniture. There is also full approval from our dog and is enjoying her new spot on the sofa. Thank you.

We recently ordered a lovely sofa. From visiting the lovely showroom at the hop pocket, to the fantastic service from all involved during ordering and delivery, they have been fantastic. The sofa is stunning, thanks again and we will be back soon. Plus they love dogs, so all round great people

Very, very pleased with the chair. Staff at the Hop Pocket helpful, delivery as advised. Took away all the packaging for recycling. Great package of cleaners for the chair, plus e-mail giving advice. Would certainly go there again,

We love our sofa from Meyer and Marsh! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nina and Tori talked us through all the different styles available, they have a great selection we were spoilt for choice!! Thank you all we are so pleased our sofa looks great and is so comfy!

Excellent service. Ordering the furniture was easy and staff at the Hop Pocket were more than helpful to advise. Communication was excellent, kept us fully informed.Furniture good quality. Cannot fault the drivers who delivered the furniture and removed all packaging, checked the furniture was ok and was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted with the six Sutton dining chairs delivered yesterday. They are comfortable, sturdy, modern and suit our room perfectly. We chose two each of Grey, Blue and Paprika, the subtle hues matching so well with our colour scheme. From the very start the Meyer and Marsh experience was a special experience for us.We were given unlimited time and patience to choose and design our bespoke leather suite. Several visits later secured our three piece suite and the dimensions fit our lounge perfectly.The communication was first class throughout the process and the personal touch was always evident.The timings of delivery were perfect and we were given a whole morning of non stop attention to detail while the chairs were assembled and tested. Our lovely delivery team were a delight and we loved their approach, philosophy and polite treatment of the customer.It is a rare thing to find a firm such as this with such a bespoke and reliable service.Congratulations to all involved with our purchase and thank you for looking after us so well.We look forward visiting again!

We love this amazing shop! Carefully chosen furnishings and decor of the best quality, at a reasonable price. We have bought several comfortable office and dining chairs from the enthusiastic, calm but helpful staff. Even the delivery men are efficient and delightful!We will be back soon!
