Great job and explained everything very well. Had we been told that no rubbish is taken away we would have had a skip delivered in preparation rather than everything put out on front of house for us to clear up.

We had our log burner installed on Tuesday the 13 of December , the team arrived very promptly and before the stated time , a first class install and tidy , polite , very informative of progress , regarding the review left by others and waste disposal we were made aware on leaving the deposit and before work commenced that any waste produced was trade waste and was to be left for disposal by the person having the work carried out . All waste was bagged ready for disposal so not a problem to ourselves , we kept the tea flowing along with bacon sandwiches ! , a top rate job , would recommend Village Stoves highly to anyone , thankyou , Sheila and Ian .

Village Stoves supplied and fitted our new HETA Stove this week. The whole process from first shop visit to the home visit to check the fitting options, then from ordering to installation has been top class. The day of fitting went like clockwork and we could not have been happier with the finished product. Finally a genuine offer of ongoing support regards after sales care. All round excellent service and support from a local company. Would highly recommend Village Stoves if you are considering a new fire.

Had a wood burner installed yesterday, punctual, very tidy , very little disruption, great job with a comprehensive tutorial on how to operate and take care of the woodburner and to get the most out of it.

Advice given was spot on, choices were there and explanations of the differences to make our mind up, finishes from heat board, hearth and mantle. Installed on the date agreed, mess cleared, really pleased with our choice of provider thankyou so much Village Stoves

Excellent service and advice

Bought our stove from here over 5 years ago it's been a god send in this fuel crisis. Everything was fitted well, and the duel stove has never had any issues. We have a chimney sweep who was recommended from village stoves, and he is great. He comes regularly to clean the chimney, and he leaves our house spotlessly clean. Our stove is the best purchase we've ever made and worth every penny. It keeps our 300 year old stone house cosy and well heated.
