Useless twice I've been seems to run by people who don't know customer service.

Recently I had an issue with the battery on my car. A long story short is a friend recommended KL Auto Electrical and I headed straight there. I was welcomed by staff who were more than happy to help and get my battery sorted despite not having an appointment or even calling ahead to let them know I would be there shortly. Luke got straight to work after quoting me all the options that were available to me. Before I knew it the old battery was out, the new one was in and I was on my way. I called a couple of places prior to being told about KL Autos and the quotes were far too expensive. KL Autos were professional, honest, efficient and better still, very reasonable on price. The only negative to come from dealing with KL Autos Electrical is that I didn't know about them sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Good service, knowledgeable auto electrician who managed to sort my problems out, all at reasonable price. Will happily go back if any further electrical problems arise.

Friendly, efficient and honest.ST220 was cured of two faults where others had failed.Highly recommended.

I took 2 leisure batteries for testing.They were tested immediately and there was no charge.What brilliant service.I highly recommend these guys.

I've bought many things from kings lynn auto electrical and three batteries over the years, a leisure battery I bought from them last year stopped holding it's charge so I went back and they were so helpful and ordered me in a new one with no quibbling, brilliant service

This is something that don’t do lightly at all. If you must use this company to fix your electrical fault in your car then be warned you may well come away with more problems than you started with. I had 2 faults on my car, they said it was FIXED. When we picked the car up and drove it home only to find out that nothing worked. When I spoke with the very nice people at Kings Lynn auto electrical, they said to plug the offending part back in and that they hadn’t check the car before letting go! So, in essence they had diagnosed and unplugged the module that was causing the battery to drain. The other issue with the lights wasn’t even fixed at all and they charged me for what was only half of the job reported (3 hours labour). I have contacted them via email and have had no reply at all so it seems that the after care is nil. SO, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND LOOK ELSE WHERE AND SAVE THE FRUSTRATION. Good luck. Needed a new car battery pretty quick. This was first day after Xmas Hols.Sales guy sorted out decent make of battery to suit my pocket.Waited a day and got it fitted.This newer cars hide away the battery. Difficult to get out.Electrician soon got the old battery and new one fitted.Thks
