My daughter had her ears pierced this afternoon. After they were done, she didn't feel too well and we spent a while in the shop, sitting on the floor! The staff in the store were absolutely fantastic. I can't praise them enough for how attentive they were towards her. Can't recommend them highly enough

They make children comfortable when piercing which is good. But very expensive pricing for piercings. The prices are hidden at the back of the earring display unit and not obvious for parents to seealso upgrading the piercing solution to the more expensive bottle without letting people know isn’t good.Shop is very small and crowded and not very accessible for its target market.

I got my cartilage pierced here and was told I can change it within 3 months, 9 months later it still hasn’t healed and is painful to sleep on or move and bleeds if I try to take it out to clean it. They have pierced it with a really thin bar and don’t even sell piercings with the thin bar to change it to. They told me to change it to a piercing with a flat back but don’t sell any this size and no where else sells them either. I went back and was advised to take it out let it heal and get it pierced somewhere else. They shouldn’t be piercing ears with a needle that size if they don’t even sell bars to change it to.

Had my daughter's ears pierced here today. There was only one member of staff in at the time and she was amazing. She managed and served customers aswell as giving my daughter full attention.Great store with a great variety to suit all age ranges.Really happy with the happy friendly service........ And my daughter didn't cry whilst getting her ears pierced!! Win win!!

My daughter loved it but as a wheelchair user I was not so keen. Almost took out an entire rack of earrings as spacing was tight. Couldn't get to the necklaces that I wanted to look at. Felt rather trapped when two families with pushchairs came in. Would be much better if they revised their layout and didn't have so many middle of the aisle displays. Otherwise a great shop for unicorns and rainbows.

Actually liked coming in here to get the odd cute little thing (at a silly expensive price but nevermind..)...until I walked in today to see a woman getting her baby's ears pierced. Not something I agree with at all. How someone can sit there a mutilate a child for fashion in todays world I do not know. I walked out. I won't be buying in Claires again whilst they support this.

Well stocked quality products very small shop with not much room.Staff initially attentive but disappeared without follow up. Had to hunt for someone to pay. Almost left without making a purchase. Redeemed at the last moment by a lady who realised the problem. Staff focus needs to be sharper. Overall not bad.

Popped in to have my 7 year old girls ear pierced. Memeber of staff was fantastic, she helped my daughter recover after she was feeling faint afterwards. After care was well explained and all questions answered. Didn't feel rushed or pushed into any choices. Hygiene was fantastic too. Very happy.
