Really impressed with the service I received from Damp Proofing Solutions. A very professional service from the initial enquiry, I was told exactly what to expect, which was all followed up by email. When Adam came out to do the initial survey, he really took the time to explain to me what he was doing and any findings and the recommended treatment and cost. This was followed promptly by a works plan. Work was completed in a day and the guys cleaned up afterwards and disposed of all rubbish. Guarantee and aftercare followed in the post. A follow up question was also answered straight away. Would definitely recommend this service - a friendly, thorough and professional job

GREAT WORK BY LOCAL FAMILY RUN COMPANY Highly recommended, if we ever have more damp problems we'll be giving them a ring again.We had an area of wet rot in our bathroom floor that could have been structurally damaging, but they sorted everything out within a week (theactual work only took a day!) and there've been no problems since.Every step of the process from consultation to final work was clearly explained and they were transparent about methods, timescale, and cost. Both the guys we saw were punctual, professional, and friendly, and there was minimal disruption and mess in the house during. They even refitted the bath panel they had to remove to get at the floor, and installed a new plinth for it afterwards.

So pleased I contacted Damp Proofing Solutions to help with a mould problem we had. The survey was thorough and we were given some recommendations. We opted to concentrate on one room first getting wall insulation and an air vent installed.The team were friendly, efficient and very tidy and the finish is excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending the company. Thank you!

Feel this is a bit of a con paying £90 to just use a machine and refuse to write anything down even a quote for what they're saying they'll do and being very pushy as to when to have the work done, feel this is pushy/pressured salesman techniques and didn't fill me with any confidence regarding the work that needed doing, left me feeling suspicious whether what I was being told was accurate and feel it was a waste of £90!

Great company to deal with. All of their customer service was very friendly and helpful.I was quickly booked in for a quote and Luke explained all the work that needed to be done and how in detail. Once a dated was arranged and they came out everyone working was very friendly then as well and everything was done much faster than I thought and I was again explained what was done after and how to proceed with painting etc.Absolutely recommend their services.
