Lucy was warm, friendly and reassuring to my 6 year old when he had his ears microsuctioned after numerous ear infections. She explained the process in a simple way for him to understand, make him feel relaxed and after the procedure, he hasn’t had an ear infection since! We are so grateful and would highly recommend Lucy. Thank you.

Simply fantastic. I have real problems with my ears which can be quite acute. I've seen Lucy a couple of times and she's tried really hard to fit me in even with minimal notice. The service she provides is also top notch!

I contacted Lucy and she responded immediately with a call back, booked an appointment straight away. She then kindly agreed to see me prior to my scheduled appointment due to severe discomfort. I hadn’t been able to hear properly for five days. Lucy was kind, warming & professional. I can’t thank her enough for helping me. Immediately afterwards I could finally hear again. I would highly recommend All Clear Wax Removal to anyone I speak with.
