Lucia is an extremely talented stylist. Detail-oriented, very professional and she has a great personality. The salon has a good atmosphere and is nice and clean. Really happy with my cut. Would highly recommend.

My experience at Toni and Guy Deansgate is always very good. My hair dresser Fabio has done an exceptional job and I left feeling very happy. He always listens well and recommends a style that looks fantastic. I very much appreciate his expertise, and enjoy getting my hair cut.

I’ve been a couple of times at short notice recently and been very disappointed. The first time the stylist wasn’t at all interested and didn’t bother cutting any of the hair around my ears or around my neck. Had to go back in and get this tidied up a few days later which was not convenient but at least they didn’t charge for it. The lady who redid it was really good so tried to book in with her again. When I turned up it was a different stylist but it needed done so I went with it. Now the hair on one side of my head is noticeably a different length from the other. Also the new stylist was more expensive than the one I booked which is pretty poor. Phoned up to complain and was told the salon don’t deal with complaints and I’d have to contact their head office. Pretty poor overall.

Wouldn’t go here if you have non Caucasian hair. They ruined mine - the hairdresser looked at my reference pic and did the total opposite.When I asked the manager why my hair wasn’t blow dried to a curl they told me with my amount of hair (mid length) they needed me to pay an extra fee which they hadn’t told me beforehand or at the appointment. This place could use more training and better information on the websiteWould not return as the haircut was too bad.

Really disappointed. First time coming to the deansgate branch, but long time Toni and Guy customer. I booked the appointment for my wife, who wanted a short hair cut. She has curly hair. The hair was cut far shorter than she had shown in her old photograph, and was straightened prior to cutting, which made us think the hairdresser did not know what they were doing with curly hair. This was evident with the final result. Furthermore, they drenched my 39 week pregnant wife with water when washing her hair, and she was freezing when we left the salon. When we got home I could see all her underwear was drenched. I cant believe I even tipped for their service as she was too polite to say anything at the time, and she is so upset with how her hair has turned out. Absolutely shocking hair cut and service.
