Walked in, took a look at the menu, looked in the fridge and walked out.Cream cheese mix with rice? It's like someone had real sushi once on holiday, came home and had a go trying to make it.Also over priced by a third and the shop was really hot inside.So in the end I went to a Itsu, there is a reason why they have one on every street corner..Came back to edit as the Google picked reviews talking about value, have just one review to their name, a bit odd that?

Sushi is amazing! Looked and tasted phenomenal. There is only one shared table with 8 stools if you want to eat in, but if the weather's nice, there's a 2-3 small tables outside too. I had the dragon and fire specialty rolls and both were delicious! I'd go back for sure.

UPDATE 2: We had to cancel our last order because the manager said they cannot accommodate removing sesame on an order despite having done so many times previously. It was very disappointing and the staff are mostly unaware of allergies. We are dropping our rating to 2 stars to reflect the dangers of not taking into allergies into account and ignoring our request. --- UPDATE 1: In our last order, the sushi was really fresh and amazing. We still had to call them for our sesame allergy and they made sure the sushi did not have sesame seeds around. From 4 to 5 stars now. --- This is a great place for Japanese sushi takeaway. It is of higher quality than most places we've tried as they make the sushi on order. Having said that, sometimes you can get pre-made stale sushi that has been waiting in the fridge around 5pm as orders slow down. I'm giving 4 stars because freshness is not guaranteed and handling of allergies are not available online. We have to call and tell them we are allergic to sesame and hope they prepare fresh sushi.

No one familiar with sushi would honestly rate this place highly. The sushi itself is remarkably mild. That issue cleared up when I tasted the sashimi. There's no flavor at all. It's still not clear to me the maguro is actually fish, let alone tuna. Well designed take-out boxes are used even when you eat in. I was not brave enough to try the edamame.Don't trouble yourselves

I was a loyal client since their creation in Paris. I never have been disappointed but... recently the fish (High Kensington) is not well chopped and the fish is chewy. I got thick and solid nerves and skin in my order. I already spoke to one of team member about that but they don’t take care of their customers.Guys! We pay sushi for over £120 per month and we deserve a lot of attention.I was working for SushiShop in Paris when I was a young adult and I know how they care about chopping, preparations and choosing good ingredients. Now it’s worst!It’s my last time now.Adieu SushiShop!

A friend and I love to travel around for good food at a reasonable price in London. We both love sushi but very often the prices turn to be a bit much however, this places had a review on Google that said it was The Best Sushi In London".Now with a claim like that

Had takeaway for first time in about two years. It all came packaged beautifully and the quality of the sushi was excellent. I forgot how much I used to loved the fancy sushi from this restaurant. Will definitely go to their restaurant or order online again soon. Truly magical sushi.

Rolls are tasty and Veggie Poke and Fish Poke were very good. Waiting time a bit long but no problem for a relaxed Sunday afternoon, deserved a better score.

Its like an upmarket sushi take away place, with some seating available. eg not even a cafe as that would mean you got some cutlery. Here its all served in takeaway boxes even if you order to sit in. Everything we tried though was good! I wouldn't knock it, and to me its better than the mass produced Wasabi across the road.

We managed to get hold of the only table inside on a busy Sunday afternoon. The table has 10 or 12 chairs and you can share it with other customers. The place also has a few tables outside.Service was polite and pleasant. We tried some interesting bottled drinks and ordered over 100 pieces of sushi, Poke bowl, and Katsu chicken noodle dish for a group of 6. All arrived fresh and surprisingly fast.We all enjoyed our meal. The premises were clean. Would recommend for both eat-in and takeaway.Shame that even though it was 100% sure we were eating in (we have already gotten seats before ordering), all food was served in takeaway packaging, such unnecessary waste.
