What a fantastic team led by Patrick. From the first meeting to the last it has been a pleasure to have them operate on and look after the wellbeing of our dog. Throughout the whole experience it has been a pleasure to deal with the team. I would recommend anyone to use them

Our little Tia would not be here today if it wasn't for the amazing care and operation to repair her leg.Patrick went above and beyond to give her the best chance to be able to play with her beloved yellow ball again.Patrick and his dedicated team of nurses got her there in the end.We cannot thank them enough.

Had a worrying experience with our dog but it was made so much better by the brilliant people at ridge referrals.Patrick explained everything brilliantly and really helped us understand our options and what we could do to help our dog.Lovely place.

1 week today my dog lily has tplo surgery at ridge referrals. I can not stress enough how amazing this place is. She has had tplo surgery on her other leg before at a different practice and I can tell you now the difference in quality and care is remarkable. Within one week there is hardly any bruising or swelling, the leg looks amazing the cuts and incisions are so neat and tidy. They are always quick to answer calls with questions and take care in asking how she is doing. When her first leg was done it was so badly stiched and we was not correctly informed on how to take care of the leg at home. Ridge referrals have done the opposite. They made it perfectly clear even before the surgery of the care and what needs to be done. They take the time to explain everything and even show you on models to help you understand. Absolutely love this place, hopefully I wont need to use again but If I did I wouldn't go anywhere else ! Patrick ridge is a lovely person and really knows he stuff. There is also a lovely nurse with tattoos on her arms but we didn't manage to get her name! All very helpful and made us feel at ease.

Can not thank Patrick and his team enough for what they have done for our dog Rudy, they made her comfortable, and got her in Surgery as soon as they could, he called me the night I left her there to let me know how she was doing as well as first thing in the morning before the surgery and straight after it was done, and every day she had to stay in after! Would reccomend 100% of the time!

My boxer, Tia had TPLO surgery 6 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Everything was explained properly so we knew exactly what to expect. All the staff were really kind and helpful, they understand the anxiety pet owners go through when their animal is in surgery. Louise phoned me to let me know when Tia had gone down for her operation which I was very grateful for. Tia will be going back in a few months to have the same surgery on her other leg. The place is extremely professional and well organised but at the same time caring and compassionate. Highly recommended.

Few more weeks (hopefully) till Jessie is back to normal exercise. Thank you for fixing her. You've all been so wonderful and professional. Sorry she was loud and whiney. Here she is recovering after her most recent post op x-rays :)

Couldn’t thank Patrick and his team enough for the brilliant care and treatment they gave my dog teddy. He is so much happier, able to mobilise without limping and now has a overall better quality of life. Myself and my partner were so worried about the operation, but Patrick and his team were brilliant and it was a success. When we I contacted ridge referrals they have got back to me promptly and always so helpful. Teddy may need another operation in the future however if he does we both feel reassured he is in the best hands.

Fantastic Vet.I was given so many differentials at my regular vet which confused me.Mr.Ridge answered all my questions and eventually treated our cat. he is very experienced, professional and skillful surgeon. Other staff ( nursing and reception ) were professional and caring, Everything was written up in a nice summary and I was kept informed of the progress.I can see my cat using his hind leg more without a lot of pain now.I was lucky my referral landed up at Ridge referrals because I wouldn't have asked for better.While I hope I don't need to use their service again , I wouldn't think twice to come back to them if I needed to.
