I've been having massage and reflexology with Nadya for several years. I suffer from occasional bouts of anxiety and insomnia, as well as general aches and pains. My treatments with Nadya have always been very calming, relaxing and enjoyable. She's an extremely skilled and sympathetic therapist and l highly recommend her.

The best massages I have ever had, bar none. Nadya is an incredibly skilled and expert masseuse whose knowledge of physiology and the human body is incredible. Whenever I have any aches and pains/strains she’s the first person I turn to. Her new location in marshalswick is fabulous and the products she uses (which you can buy, too, fortunately) are top quality and wholly natural. She is St Albans hidden gem.

Nadya is amazing. I've just had lymphatic drainage massage at her new salon and I didn't expect to walk out better, lighter and calmer. I feel like I'm walking on a cloud. I've booked in with other members of the team for acupuncture and reflexology. Can't wait. Such a beautiful salon and Nadya is super knowledgeable which makes you feel you're in good hands.Update: 16.05.23 - Reflexology and Reiki had today with Alison. The best I've ever had. Outstanding

Lovely little beauty rooms, walking distance from my home. Heaven. It smells amazing. Nadya has done a great job of choosing great products. The room diffusers are good - often they don't smell much and I'm turning the reeds over and over - no need with these ones. Nicky is a wonderful therapist. Looking forward to some cooler days when I can get a hot stone massage.

Nadya is very intuitive and super skilled. Her knowledge of human anatomy is impressive and she knows pressure points to release groups of muscles too. Her technique is very gentle yet she can be firm at the same time and go deeper when needed. I highly recommend all of her treatments but in particular: deep tissue massage, hot stone massage and back pumper treatment.
