I can't praise Derby costco tyre service enough nothing is too much trouble I was worried about my new used car they assured me everything was fine took time to explain and show me all was good I especially want to say Kev went extra mile but Tony did all practical stuff so I highly recommend them .Will not hesitate in using them again great service.

Asked for them to check the tyre pressure and top up if needed they said to pull my car up to the bay and they would. 20 mins later I’m writing this because they can’t be bothered to come do it.They don’t answer the phone that’s even if it goes through to the tyre centre…Not incentivising me to come back to them….Service definitely needs improving.

Bought my 4 tyres in the Tyre Bay. The staff are professional and very calm. Sometimes I was really amazed how some members are disrespectful towards tyre bay employees but they all act professionally and respectfully. All the members should read Costco policies before buying anything prior, so they don’t rage on poor employees afterwards. Keep up good work tyre bay!

What a bunch of lovely lads. Glenn was great on the phone, friendly polite and courteous. Nathaniel was fantastic, efficient and delivered great service. The workshop is spotless, quick service would definitely recommend.

Main warehouse is good but the Tyre centre is a joke. Ordered and paid for tyres (£490), waited two days for a call to say they was ready to be fitted. Then called 29 times over two days with no answer and calls cutting off after about 40 seconds of ringing two separate numbers. (Clearly a setting on their IP telephone system).The store couldn’t help as the tyre department apparently trade as a separate business. Finally got through to be told they are fully booked for next 5 days !!. I would not have bothered if I hadn’t already ordered and paid these. Really poor customer service. Strongly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I bought two new tyres for the front which they put on the back due to their rotation policy. Therefore they took off all four tyres which means the tyres last longer and are safer. Grateful to the Birmingham centre.

The tyre side of Costco is a bit brainless. Called them today,the lady on the phone was useless . I needed fronts changed but because of there very useful company policy they change the rear tyres first, so you can’t change the front tyres unless you order all four replacements.

Went in with a slow puncture over the weekend to be told that I could have an appointment in two weeks!!! I just laughed and said no thanks. Get yourself over the road to Coventry tyres torrington AVE, they fixed it within 10 mins. Costco tyres Coventry are an absolute joke!
