Avoid. Parking scam. Machines not working on the Bank Holiday, stayed long enough to try them all, unable to pay so left. Got a fine. Trying to find someone who is responsible for the contract with Parking Eye. Fines should never have been issued. Easy way to get cash.Parking Eye have rejected my appeal. Incapable of reading my reasons.

Parking lot available outdoor. Outdoor spot for a nice walk or run away from traffic. The end is also used by fishermen. If you are lucky you will admire a beautiful sight or a large ship slowly passing by. Worth a visit

Went here for 20min to do some ship watching sitting in my car. Received a fine for 60 pounds 2 months later. Be warned that they use a camera to take pictures of number plates as you enter and leave so you have to pay even if you just sit in your car. Feel like I have been scammed by this place as I didn't notice any warning that they would do this.

Nice place to view the ships coming in and out, and good view I wish that there is big peers in the city to visit the sea.

Avoid by all costs!!!!Fined!!!!. Twice now we have been fined by this company. The 1st time was our fault. The second time they gave us a void transaction ticket as receipt, wich looked like an actual parking ticket, due to us being in a hurry to not miss our ferry we did not read through the entire ticket, and just accepted that the transaction went through.The online payment was also faulty, so we could not make use of this.This company is notorious for fining motorists. Stay far away.

I recall taking a wrong turn in this car park late one evening in 2021 with no intention to park. I've received a fine of £170, this year 2022. I called the number on the fine notice (a debt collection company). I informed them that I had NO prior notice or communication about this incident. I was told no point discussing it and I could not appeal. Please be careful - even if you end up in this carpark mistakenly! You'll end up with a fine!

Absolute shocking parking space. After 2x months of trying to fight my appeal not to pay for my £100 fine I have had to finally pay up. Their machines were out of order, when I went to pay for a 20-min stay on the day. I even took a picture of the machines too displaying the error but it wasn’t enough. No consideration and no apology for the inconvenience - just made to feel like a criminal. Keep well clear of this car park unless you want to pay £100 for 20mins.

Large car park next to the park. Also handy for walking into Bideford town which takes only 2 minutes.Also this car park recently had a Charge Point Genie Rapid Charger installed

As a CAR PARK it does what it is supposed to be. A place to PARK.YES and you DO have to pay!Like any other car park there is usually a parking charge. So, don’t give this place a poor review because you got a ticket for NOT paying. If you had of payed it would be less than paying for the fine.Please stop adding other “Viewpoints” to the CAR PARK, also.
