Ate at heathfield Burger King today and it was great. The food was delicious and piping hot and not a long wait at all. Staff super friendly and helpful the shop itself was super clean and fresh looking

Second visit here at BK Ayr. There's no atmosphere in the restaurant. There was only 2 other groups of people in eating-in area. Within the time we ordered and received food there was 10 delivery drivers in looking for orders. Food was good. I ordered BBQ double melt, chilli cheese bites and loaded fries with scriracha sauce. I'm not a fan of bacon so next time I'll ask to keep them out of fries. The restaurant could be busier if they offer special deals more often.

Ordered meal using the self service screen, then it broke, went to till manager couldn't put my points through for my free whopper and said there is nothing she can do about it, she can't give me a free one cause then I'll still have my points! Imagine doing such a terrible thing giving me 302 points for free...... Whopper was cold too!

Ordered a steakhouse chicken meal. What I got was like a very well done chicken nugget in a bun with cheese! No Coke Zero in the machine - in fact very little of anything in the drinks machine! Definitely not worth £10.19!

First time I've used this Burger King & it'll be the last. After using the self-service machine to order (one machine was broke), I waited for my order to be made, which, to be fair, was relatively quick. The person serving us had no niceties dealing with our order, as did the other person making the food whilst yawning her head off. In fact, I don't think we even got a hello, let alone any other semblance of manners. We'd ordered the food to take home, which is only 5 minutes away. By the time we got home, the food was cold, as was my hot chocolate. We had to reheat everything to try to make it palatable, but as it was reheated in the microwave, the taste wasn't very pleasant. All the food went in the bin as it just wasn't very nice at all. As stated, this was our first time at this restaurant & I'd never want to go back again or even recommend this place to anyone. All the things most people would expect of a restaurant, pleasant staff with manners & warm food, this place severely lacks. It was a waste of just over £20 seeing as it ended up in the bin.

The place was empty - no wonder! Staff acts as they are there for punishment... Too busy talking instead of making sure what goes into a burger! Our king cheese melt burgers (3!!!) had nooo cheese on them, whoopers had no salad and a little slice of pickle (very dry!)...messy packed items... When we opened a bag at home all fries were out of bags blended with some salad that fell out of the box... The drinks were watery, looks like they run out of cordials.

Food was alright but the staff were very interested. The soft drinks machine had no syrup in it for any juice and the girl had an attitude when asked to change the cola one. I would never go again I was really disappointed. Love burger king usually but the experience and staff was lacking

Came for food here a few days ago. They hardly had anything available on the menu. Left without ordering anything, was more hassle than it was worth. Doesn't even have a drive through

Ordered via kiosk cheese melt burger Dorito box, order was on screen as ready but was not had to wait about 5 minutes longer. fries, dorito chicken was good, cola drink cup had to ask for lid and burger was cold, stale and burnt. Ended up binning it due to the poor quality. Table had napkins left on from previous customer. Waste of money to be honest
