Valentina's yoga has been so good for me: mind and body. She's always accommodating of my many self-inflicted sporting injuries, helping to keep me moving. Whatever is going on in life I always leave classes feeling calm and reinvigorated. Cannot recommend enough!

At Yoga & Co you will feel truly welcomed for who you are, whatever stage of your yoga journey you may be at.Valentina is the most wonderful teacher, she shares her yoga knowledge in the most beautiful, gentle way enabling connection, growth, physical & spiritual awareness.The studio is spacious with large windows, you can even see the trees outside moving in the breeze. There is everything you need, including free parking!

Yoga & Co is a wonderful and welcoming yoga community, guided by Valentina who lives and breathes yoga. It is her passion and this shows in her teaching, the way she supports her trainees and her students. The space in Long Eaton is peaceful and the perfect environment for learning and growing. I have made lifelong friends since joining the community and look forward to teaching in this warm, inviting space myself!
