My Mazda CX-5 caravan tow car developed a serious brake fault while we were staying in the area on holiday. We were due to leave for home with our caravan a few days later, but my car was not safe to drive. Ashley Motors was recommended and I went in late afternoon in a state of stress, not expecting that they would be able to do much at such short notice. The treatment I received was outstanding: Mike the Manager really helped me out of a hole and ordered the parts there and then and I was asked to bring my car in the following morning. I was even offered a lift back to the caravan site. It was quite obvious I was being fitted in around a tight schedule as the garage was so busy, which I really appreciated. I was kept informed on two occasions and the staff were very pleasant. I collected my car that afternoon. I was very pleased with the professional service I received from Ashley Motors. They are clearly skilled Engineers, but their bill was still very reasonable, given all the work that needed doing. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you very much indeed!

Such a shame since Mike sold up in december it's gone down hill I will be taking my 2 cars and van somewhere else which i have been taking there years and loads of people I know have said the same and they will take there cars elsewhere
