Asked about fit screen protection on the phone. Job not done properly come back day after. They tried fit 2 more screen protection both broken. I was started worry about phone so asked about refound they said they not doing refound, then called to manager and offered 40% refound.Did not get anything back. Lost 1.5hour waiting and job was not done.Definetly not recomended.

Just been in today regarding what we thought was a damaged phone charging port. On first inspection the wonderful chap said, I think something is in there. He then pulled out a black rubber chip from astro football pitch.These guys are honest and extremely kind. Handed the phone back and we now have one happy lad. Thank you so much Fone Rivive Shirley

Amazing customer service by new management . Brought new iPhone 13 Pro Max for a good price plus gave me free screen protector and transferred my data within 40 mins was really happy with the service. Best phone shop in shirley. I had a crack screen couldn’t transfer the data they help me with that as well. Any phone problems you’ve come here definitely recommend this place

These guys are scammers. Beware. If you need to fix your iPhone just go to Apple Store. They use the lowest grade China parts. After wasting money the screen replacement on my iPhone 12 lasted for only 5 weeks and of course they refused replace it because their warranty is 1month. Bloody thieves

Replaced a screen and battery, the battery is worse than the one I already had. The (free screen protector) would not allow finger print, so I removed it, then the new screen got chipped!!!I could've have had this done cheaper by Samsung, but these guys seemed quicker, I should have gone the long route!!Stay away!!!

iPhone 11 screen was replaced within 15 minutes at very good price, they were doing right Infront of me. Best service good quality screen was used for my phone will definitely recommend this phone shop to anyone who has any issue of the phone. The new manager is really helpful.
