Cold Springs Farm Gun Club

Great set up here with a friendly and accommodating team. We arranged an afternoon of clay shooting for 12 of us and it was fab. Shout out to Pete W who managed to coach us from complete novices to shooting a few clays at each station. Will be back in the future.

As my last experience shooting was playing 'GoldenEye' on the Nintendo back in the day, I have to say that I was somewhat nervous by the prospect of wielding a firearm. Luckily, the good people at Cold Springs Farm put me at ease, and after some initial misfires, I was soon shooting like Pierce Brosnan himself. Not only that, but me and my fellow armsmen were treated to some delicious food and refreshments. A great experience, and one that I would highly recommend, including for novices like myself.

Absolutely fantastic experience with shooting expert Pete. Would recommend to anyone looking for a shooting experience or anyone looking to get into shooting.We visited Cold Springs Farm gun club for an afternoons shoot as part of a stag do. From when we arrived, we felt very welcome very safe and very well looked after. We started with our informal chat with Pete with a brew and a bacon sandwich. We then proceeded to 25 shots practice, followed by some more cake and a brew. Once Pete had assessed our level, we then have commenced hour 25 shot competition between the group. The team that are organise some post-competition beers in the sun and a presentation of a lovely prize for the winner.Can’t recommend this experience enough. Having been on multiple experiences in the past this is by far the most superior and fun experience of the of the lot. On top of this, the views were fantastic.Thank you so much Pete and all the team, you really made the day special.

Brilliant day for a stag party with amazing hospitality, great food and some terrible shooting by us!! Lovely time thoroughly recommend!

We visited cold springs for a stag do and was so impressed by how well the whole event was run. We arrived to a warm greeting and really good breakfast sandwiches, then plenty of practice shooting with the brilliant Pete and Ian, who looked after us really well and really wanted to make sure we had a great time. Then we had a quick brew and some delicious homemade cakes. And a final competition amongst the group, it was great fun and I'd absolutely go back for the next event.

We visited Cold Springs Farm for an afternoon clay pigeon shooting as part of a stag do of 12. From the start, we were well looked after with plenty of brews, sarnies, and award winning cake. The shooting mentors were excellent and patient despite some very low skills levels! Afterwards there were prizes for the winners and some cold beers.Can’t recommend this experience enough.

Blown away by an incredible experience at Cold Springs Farm. Our stag party felt really looked after with great shooting advice from local shotgun experts Pete and Ian, a shooting competition, and amazing food options (vegan/kosher friendly, just let them know in advance!). 11/10!
