I'd recommend Stewart to anyone, he's helped me get through a bad injury with regular treatments. He takes the time to talk to you before, during and after sessions about massage techniques, stretching exercises, or even day to day chit chat. I always feel better after each session.He's a really knowledgeable, friendly guy and great at what he does.

I would 100% recommend Stewart to anyone looking for a sports massage or cupping therapy. He’s very knowledgeable and put me at ease from the start. Stewart has helped me through injuries and is the first person I turn to when I notice that I’m not recovering well after my gym sessions.

I’ve had Stewart work on my old tired legs quite a few times now. He always seems to find and relieve the problem areas. Even ones I never knew were a problem. And always in a professional and helpful way. Even passing on advice and knowledge to aid recovery between sessions. I can’t recommend Stewart highly enough
