Incredible service. They were recommended by a friend after my plumber ceased to trade, I called after my boiler wouldn't start and they were here in 25 minutes with my boiler up and running within an hour.Engineer polite, friendly, efficient and reassuring.I haven't had the bill yet so cant comment on value as yet but my initial experience if this firm makes me think the bill will be fair and I shall certainly pay as quickly as they kindly helped me out. I would absolutely recommend and be using them again. Thank you very much to all the team and Simpsons.

Discovered my main drain was blocked on a Saturday afternoon, called the out of hours number, he came 10 mins later, diagnosed and fixed the problem 30 minutes tops. Very happy and will use again for some non-emergency work.

I was looking to get a more powerful shower in my flat and had been told a few times it wasn’t possible. Simpsons did the job and I now have a much improved shower system and couldn’t be happier. A very acceptable quote, it was done on the day discussed and I wasn’t messed about. Delighted and very grateful to Simpsons.
