A positive experience with selling my old car and buying a new Toyota Yaris with the Marshall Group.A smooth process was had especially with the help of Callum Poulton. He was approachable and had excellent knowledge with all the vehicles. Absolute disgrace of a company. Have taken over from previous business and claim on FAQs that they will honour all from previous sales. Instead of doing so, they are refusing to honour the cost to fix issues caused to a car prior to a pensioner buying the car (which has only come to light now that a reputable dealer has checked it). Have you going round in circles chasing them, yet are trying to say it's someone else's problem. Disgusting way to treat anyone, never mind a pensioner on a limited income. I've since emailed and will update depending on outcome. Phone calls are a waste of time as I'm still waiting on return calls. This has been running on since October, it is now December and still no V5C and the neglect is proving dangerous. Avoid this company as they do not actually address anything. 6th November 2023 email was ignored, sent another today as per below on 4th December 2023, I do not think they actually address any issues but use this platform to give the facade that they do. Absolute disgrace.

Booked my service through the Toyota App and received email confirmation. Arrived at Steven Eagle Horsham and they had no record of the booking. Although they agreed to squeeze me in, they inferred it wasn't their fault. They later rang to call me and asked me to call back. Despite 4 attempts they never answered the phone, getting diverted to Head Office who also couldn't help me. In the end I had to get a lift to the garage to find out what they wanted. On arrival no apology, just internal accusations as to who's fault it was!Not a great customer experience!!

Went into the branch just to look at upgrading my Aygo, we met with Harvey. What a lovely chap, he spent quality time with us, trying his hardest to get me the best deal for my Aygo X. I came out very happy. Harvey has exceptional customer service skills and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and would recommend him and Toyota to everyone. Well done Harvey.

As a first-time car buyer, I opted for an approved used car, which seemed like the safe choice. While the staff were friendly, the overall experience fell short.The promised full valet was incomplete upon delivery, raising questions about their vehicle maintenance and inspection process. A fault surfaced later, causing massive inconvenience. This led to a return, impacting my insurance, causing some financial loss due to cancellation. The branch respected the consumer rights and facilitated the return.Though I initially trusted the concept of an approved used car from a reputable dealership, it's wise to consider arranging an independent pre-purchase inspection for peace of mind.

Service Dept Sept 2023: 2004 Rav4 sent in for recall airbag and diagnostics as engine management light on - something two non-franchise garages could not solve. Found the issue, charged me £10 less than the quote and gave the vehicle a full health check. After 400m on way home, found the speedo not working and went back. Assured me it was nothing to do with the diagnostic work, but proceeded to locate the problem (showed me in the workshop) putting in a temporary fix, all within about 10 minutes - no charge. Good coffee, very polite staff. Quite different to Toyota Guildford for which I would score two stars.

Absolutely vile customer service. I was spoken to incredibly rude by the so called 'manager' Clive with regards to my service and MOT when I queried the hidden prices. An older male being incredibly rude and aggressive to a young female is pure bully mentality and something I will not tolerate. How dare he speak to a paying customer in such a rude argumentive manner. This was infront of other customers too. I ended up walking out as was so upset by the way I was spoken to. I will be taking this matter further. Avoid. They add on extra charges, do not complete a full service , provide poor communication and speak to customers appalling. The girl at the front desk with the red hair was incredibly rude too.. how do these people get jobs? Good customer service is incredibly important and they lack massively.Shame on Toyota if this is how you treat your loyal customers.
