Good agency, but they are little bit not friendly, for example in 2017 I got an interview with them Extra personnel Euro car parts, but at the same week I got an interview with another agency for Amazon , I been refused Extra personnel, and they thru the years not forget, and revenged upon me refused my P45 when I been asked them this year Extra personnel Dudley, I been hard worker last year in Avara food, when I come with my question about P45 they pretend that not found my name in Sistem, si revenged threu the years because I had to refuse them for other job,

Extra Personnel is a professional agency that aims to give you a job and is highly motivated to meet your aims. Over a hard times they have showed support for me and I recommend to register.

Ask you to register and go in. You're left waiting for a very lengthy time,Starts dates are out back all the time, I called the office several times to speak with a member of staff left my number and no one got back to me.Very very unprofessional, and a complete waste of time

Staff are nice but God forbid you find full time work without them, they'll only give you temporary where you'll be working 2-3 days a week. Wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.

my husband registerted with them , within 2 weeks he had an induction and a job.All.the staff there are VERY FRIENDLY ,( not stuck up like many other agenceys).

I have started work thru Tim at TruckLite and before i started and when i registered i have mentioned i ont want work under 7.83 regardless my age. I do the same work i should be payed as everyone else. Before i started i asked Tim over the phone is its for sure for 7.83 per hr and he answered yes my mum has heard it too. Well going forwards after 3 days a letter from them came thru the post and it stated im working for 7.38 even though when i registered i mentioned it and over the phone they have still ignored what i said and made me work for less!! Tim tried to turn things around after i spoken to him on the phone but the he said ur right i havent checked ur age. So because of their lazyness they can get ppl working for less than expected ! Be aware and make them send you a text msg on which pay rate you are on so you can go against them incase it happens to you. Otherwise the job and ppl at the job was lovely.

Applied for a role with them to be a recruitment resourcer. Received an email telling me I’d be contacted to arrange an interview. 2 months later and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails asking to be contacted and had no response. Giving false hope and messing unemployed people around during a pandemic, not very nice.UPDATE: in response to their reply in which they lay the blame with an automated email, I would say why have none of my emails since then been replied to. Really poor, whatever excuse is given.

First week working for them was okay, they took me to dpd in Oldbury. I enjoyed the work there and also enjoyed some of the staff there. All the red coats in dpd told me they should of put me on as an official worker there. But of course this was before Christmas... As soon as Christmas came, they gave me one shift in 3 months... The extra Staff treat you poorly. If you want to work for a week or two or just for abit of money then go ahead. But if you have a house or a family to provide for then my honest advice, find a different agency that actually treat you good and want to find you work.

Great team !I worked for the agency since last year, I start working at truck lite, after that they they find me a job for long term at a nuts factory. What can I say, is if you want to work, they will sort for you anyway.Best Regards to Mr Manager Paul and ExtraPersonell team !!!
