Claire from Driving Miss Daisy Orpington branch recently transported my 97 year old mother and carer from Bickley, Kent to Beverley in Yorkshire. The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Caring, considerate, helpful and very professional and using a very good vehicle which accommodated both passengers and luggage really well. This was the first time I've used this company and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Team on the end of emails very helpful in answering all my questions. Driver was great, friendly and was happy to do a detour on the way home to see the sea...a highlight for their passenger who rarely gets to leave his home. Highly recommend and worth the price.

One of the drivers, Mandy, took my mum, who uses a powered wheelchair, myself and my brother, to my dad's funeral. Mandy was compassionate yet professional. She really went above and beyond. In the lead up to the day, the office staff were equally wonderful. A truly person centred and caring service.I was getting concerned, as I couldn't find a wheelchair accessible taxi firm (or funeral director) that could do all the journeys required. Driving Miss Daisy actually moved jobs around to accommodate us for the whole day. Amazing service. Thank you so much. (I even tried to give Mandy a cash tip, but absolutely declined!)

Driving Miss Daisy are a wonderful company. The staff are all so pleasant and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone bends over backwards to accommodate our requests and needs.

'Driving Miss Daisy' has changed our lives.Both nearly 90 we no longer drive. We wanted to treat two old friends to a pub lunch in the country. We booked our 'Miss Daisy' from 9.30am to 6.00pm and every minute was a delight! Davina, our driver, was the perfect chauffeur for our big adventure, ever smiley, ever kind and with a gentle sense of humour.Thank you Bryan, for all the trouble you took- it was a memorably happy day! We have already planned our next adventure in the new year.

We are very happy with Daisy’s taxi service. They turn up on time and are always professional. My nan can be a little nervous and they always make her feel at ease.This is a fantastic service as my nan is wheelchair-bound and she can no longer get out and about. we are able to take her out for a meal and a little drive around the island when we come to visit.
