Just wanted to drop you a thank you. We are really please with our new main office carpet. Having only been down a couple of days I don't think we haven't had a client visit and comment how nice it looks. MASSIVE THANKS - IM OVER THE MOONMick's carpets are great!! From the moment I walked in and Caroline and Tony helped me pick a great range of carpets for my house, they know what their talking about. I only went in originally to get a new hall stairs and landing but ended up with bathroom and bedroom as well. The fitters were amazing too, taking into account this whole corona thing. I think the pictures speak for themselves.

A very friendly atmosphere and staff are polite, professional and know exactly what their doing. Staff are kind and friendly and efficient in their work. Top class quality carpets and they also do charity work which is outstanding.

Top team that did a top job.Had two carpets fitted from Micks and happy with both of them. Originally had booked for underlay, but turned out I didn't need it and was refunded the fee.Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic help.I went in to try to get an off-cut to cover a stage for a Christmas awards evening. They let me borrow a red carpet to use instead. This was above and beyond what I could have hoped for.The real spirit of Christmas! Thank you.

We had a very bad experience with them.We agreed on the price and what needs to be done but none of this happened.Called them to come and fix the mess but then they asked for more money.After a few days of quarreling we returned the floor they had laid and it was sticky everywhere and the living room was unusable for weeks until we found someone to install a new floor.it was close to christmas and we had lost hope that we would be able to celebrate.I do not recommend them.Update: Respond to the ownerYou should be ashamed.That’s why and because of the poor quality work we give up on you.Your suggestion was to make a corridor for “free” but not to fix and finish what was agreed unless we pay more money and my answer was I don’t need anything for free but simply the job to be done properly.I also don't see what matters when I decided to leave an opinion from the experience I hadYou as a company and professionals should not allow such things to happen and try to get out of the situation with excuses, but on the contrary to learn from them.P.S. On a hind side as you mentioned it happened that because of the “perfect job” you did for Christmas and New year we had to spend with empty living room and sticky floor. Plus we had to spend more money to pay another company to come and put the flooring down so “Thank you” for that
