Today at approx. 3.25 pm driving to groves roundabout, from west bay the taxi driver was on his mobile phone. I would suggest not to use this taxi firm if their drivers do this.

Horrible person, horrific experience. I would not recommend using this service got to somewhere else. He also overcharges you. Never again.

Extremely dangerous driving at the Crown roundabout to West Bay. Nearly caused an accident by speeding and cutting into the wrong lane. Rang to complain but no apology and not taken seriously. Don’t use!!

This weekend my daughter get married and we used this firm extensively.We were badly let down by them for the following reasons.1. The owner has no customer service skills whatsoever to the point of rudeness2. He turned up 15 minutes late to take my daughter to her own wedding with no notice3. He turned up in the bridal car wearing jeans4. He offered no apology for either5. He drove too fast for comfort6. He made 8 people wait 1/2 hour past the booked time to take us back to our hotel because he had one minibus but took 2 bookings for the same time7. Again he drove uncomfortably fast

Took a corner on the wrong side of the road nearly crashing into me head on and then had the audacity to beep me. Amateurs.
