Really well priced product and EZ put some great deals online. The priduct ive used in the weekend warrior kit have been top quality. Used chromance to make the car really pop in the sun.Would of gained 5 stars but postage can take a little long. But they do state this at time of purchase during sales.Thanks

Some good products, but the delivery service is horrendous. At service you have to pay for tracked postage. Which normally at most buinsess means you will receive the goods within 3-4 working days. EZ care struggle to make it in 2 weeks. I would buy alot more from them if they sorted this out.

I used to use them all the time as unlike the products, unfortunately their customer service in terms of answering the phone or emails is really bad and the delivery times are becoming a joke. Such a shame as I think they simply cannot deal with the size of their customer base now and it’s really damaging the service. The order I have been waiting over 9 days for will be my last

Really rate this stuff amount of people ask me what I use on my cars to get them looking so shiny just used my first lot of weekend warrior kit just going to order second lot. I would say the ez clean set is easy one of the best on the market for a reasonable price. Heres some of the cars which I have done.

I’ve used many brands for detailing in the past, however EZ is by far the best I’ve ever used. All products make the cleaning / detailing process much easier, and I have to definitely recommend the Citrus Pre-wash!And not to mention all of the products are different colours, making your detailing product collection very satisfying to look at.Will only ever use EZ products!

I ordered some of there products to try (15 or so bottles) as I was spending a fortune on other brands and getting little from the products. Overall I'm very impressed with the quality of product and the price it came at. I previously spent more time cleaning my van on a Sunday than I did today as the dirt build up from the roads are a nightmare to shift...EZ car care products no problem for the dirt and grime from 3k+ miles on different roads. I'll probably never go back to the last products I used! Excellent job

I feel I must post my thoughts on some excellent customer service from EZ Car Care.I ordered a small bottle of Snow Foam, this was my first purchase.There was a slight issue with my order, but it was delivered as scheduled.I rang Ann Marie, who was so helpful, and got my issue sorted out by the next day.If this is the kind of customer service they provide, then I will certainly use them again, and maybe you should give them a try too.Thanks so much Ann Marie, it's really appreciated.

Order #280457Great products but terrible customer service.I ordered a 5litre shampoo, wheel cleaner and hydrophobic spray.I was sent the shampoo and wheel cleaner quick enough but the package advised me they were out of stock of the Ghost hydrophobic spray and would follow the next week.Well it didn’t!5 emails sent, the customer service phone line was never answered and around 4 weeks later I got a reply to my last email to advise none of the other emails had been received.I was told the missing item was would be sent.What I got was the wrong item (air freshener).Another email sent and to be fair it was a quick reply and the correct item was sent.A 5 litre bottle of liquid and no spray bottle!How the hell are you meant to apply the stuff without having to bottles off Amazon.The products are good but what a ball ache to chase your order!
