Very poor customer service, , bought a rug , never arrived on delivery date , couldn't track , went back to shop to check ,was told , once ordered thare was nothing they could do to track it or give another delivery date , left waiting with no idea of delivery very,very poor ,

Would have given no stars. Staff followed me around like I was a shoplifter! Probably spend more money in a week than most of them earn in a month! Won't be going back

Coffee shop.Toilets smelly and unclean. Dirty floors too! Managed to squeeze a tiny amount of soap to wash my hands. I would assume staff use these toilets due to proximity.Little soap and they are preparing food!!!!Tables looked sticky or wiped with a dirty cloth. Even the chairs had food on the seats. Poor hygiene! Hang your heads in shame.

First class service received today by Dunelm in Dundee. I turned up close to closing time and a kind lady assistant managed to quickly sort me out getting the right size curtains for my patio doors....I would never have managed to get the correct size by myself.

I had an issue with two of the four bath mats I purchased a month or so ago. There was no quibble despite not having a receipt. All four were replaced. Thank you so much for excellent service.
