Mortared ridge tiles in poor condition replaced with bolt on tiles.Great local company. Good communication throughout and easy to get hold of. Eddie and the team were friendly, tidy and efficient. Well pleased with a very professional job. Recommended and will be using again.

I have always been reluctant to buy in roof repair services, believing them to be very expensive. I have been extending the life of my room for years by a series of amateur repairs carried out from within the roof space, but the water ingress continued and eventually, I concluded I had to get a professional repair done.So I called a recommended roofer, EP Mills and he carried out two repairs for a very modest price, putting paid to two annoying leaks at long last. Funds permitted a third, more ambitious repair and this was also completed in an economic fashion. I won't be able to gauge the success of this repair until the wall dries out but I have confidence of another job well done.One repair to go and EP Mills will doubtless be called again.

Our ridge tiles needed rebedding, due to the age off our roof the mortar had worn away and rain was getting through. The work was carried out to a high standard at a reasonable cost.I would definitely recommend E P Mills roofing.Mark

Eddie was efficient and reasonably priced, he managed to fit us in where a cancellation was made and i am so happy with the works carried out, even a neighbor commented on the good work. We had a slight leak believed to be due to the flashing damaged around the chimney and below is the repair result.Now to weather test it :)

The quote received was competitive, and professionally provided. We had our roof replaced with new battens, underlay and slate tiles. The work was completed to a high standard and all draughts have now gone!To add to this, we have since had two flat roofs replaced which were completed to a high standard and have improved the aesthetic and energy efficiency of our home.

EP Mills have just replaced a polycarbonate conservatory with a lightweight tile roof. There work was excellent. They took great care whilst working and all mess was cleared at the completion. Eddie was very good to deal with. He organised the scaffolding needed. The company he used as excellent. We felt very confident from the start as we could discuss various issues we needed sorting with the guttering. The result was we got what we wanted. Every where was tidied up when they left. They are a thoroughly professional company.
