I have been training with Tom Lucas for several months now and am so glad I contacted him. I find it hard to motivate myself and knew I needed someone to push me, but I don't respond well to boot camp type sessions. Tom has been very patient, but at the same time has managed to improve my strength and fitness, adjusting the sessions when necessary. I would recommend him without any hesitation, whether you are looking for muscle definition, improved fitness or fat loss. He knows what he's doing.

I’ve been training with Tom for about 6 months now. I needed help with my motivation to get back into fitness after the COVID lockdowns. I tried to go out running and do weights at home, but it just wasn’t happening.The package that Tom provides, the workout programmes and food intake guidance, as well as the focussed one-to-one sessions which helps you perform the exercises properly to gain maximum benefit has transformed me into a healthier, stronger person.Tom’s coaching and motivation style, where he listens to you as much as you listen to him and his ability to push you further than you thought you could go has suited me to a tee and it was just what I needed. I now look forward to going to the gym rather than dreading it!Thank you, Tom, for what you have done for me so far.

Happy to recommend Tom Lucas fitness.2 years ago turning 60 and worried about my future health as an overweight couch potato lacking self control and motivation to diet or exercise I was introduced to Tom. Having never been to a gym before, he motivated me to do manageable but challenging exercises and gave me nutrition advice and I immediately started to lose weight and improve fitness. He is very patient and encourages me how to get back on track if I have a little wobble on the nutrition side. It was good that Tom was able to continue personal trainer sessions by Zoom video links and outdoors during the Pandemic lockdown.I feel and look so much better having lost nearly 3 stone, can jog over 5km and dead lift 70kg. Thanks Tom.

I have been working with Tom since around March/April time and if I'm honest part of me thought it wouldn't work just like it hadn't with other trainers but I couldn't be more wrong. The numbers speak for themselves as I approach 6 stone of weight loss, down from size 24 to 12. I have just run my first 10k with a half marathon entry next year. Tom has been incredible, he has a talent for reading people and knows what your capable of. We had an agreement of no running and Tom stuck with this and no burpees! Weight training was the focus and in 4 weeks my body shape completely changed, the scales have been stubborn but I got there in the end. If you have a fitness goal, Tom will help you get there

Tom has been my personal trainer for a couple of years. I was suffering from sciatica and I was looking to improve my fitness. Since seeing Tom my back has vastly improved as have my overall fitness levels. Tom provides me with a bespoke plan to focus on how I want to improve and is mindful of limitations. I highly recommend Tom to others looking to build strength and fitness or support in recovering from an injury.

I’ve been training with Tom for nearly 20 weeks now. I went to him to help with a little motivation and direction on my own training. I was already fit through running but I was feeling stuck in a routine and gaining a runners belly.Fast forward to now and I’m stronger, fitter, eat better and feel in control. Tom doesn’t get on my case, but he suggests things to try and so far they have worked.If you are prepared to put the work in, be patient and let Tom guide you then you will get the results you want.Thanks for everything so far Tom!

I have been training with Tom for around 4 months and would highly recommend him. Having had a serious back injury, he ensures each program is tailored to make progress in a safe way for my back. He is very focused and monitors every rep, checking the right muscles are being engaged for maximum benefit. He's clearly extremely knowledgeable and breaks down the how and why for everything inside and outside of the gym

I’ve been working with Tom for around two months and have already committed to continuing my training with him for foreseeable future. Tom shows commitment to his clients and understanding of their personal circumstances and what they want to achieve. I was of very poor fitness and understanding of what I need to do to get results. Tom is educating and gets you doing things in the right way for long term sustained results, no matter what your level. He’s not just motivational but also a great person to work with. I can’t recommend Tom highly enough.
