I have friends and family who work with them, and they have a terrible shift system. To be fair the work itself is good, but their booking system is just ridiculous.Everyday, they book more people than they need, and the people who get confirmation will come. The employees will lining up waiting for someone to let them in for hours, maybe from 8 pm or something and they start work at 11 at the moment. So even with hours of queuing, you can say 9 pm is already late to join the queue cos you will be one of last persons to enter the factory, while the person who will let them in will come around at around 10 pm.So people in the back of the queue are often unable to get a working slot even after hours of queuing, and obviously they will send them home after 11 pm without any single compensation.People I know have been experiencing this for times I can’t count anymore.

Do yourself a favour don't work here.

A very good place to work and welfare of workers are paramount.

Absolutely terrible. High Care managers and key ops are bullies! Had to leave in the end as HR won’t do anything to help, worst HR team I’ve ever come across! Senior managers aware FSMs are bullies and seem to encourage it. Union are decent, tried to help but HR won’t do anything about it, people still suspended now after 2 months. Joke!

It was beautiful. Well organized and kept to time.
