Orchard mill motor company are superb! The guys a super friendly, helpful and there’s zero pressure! Huge range of motors and once decided on a car the guys were rapid to finalise and get it all together for me! Fantastic service! Fantastic team! Highly recommend!

If you want to buy a car, and you do not want that hard sales technique that most use… this is the place to go. I am 42 years old (yes I know - I left it till very late) just passed my test on 17th June. My dad drive me from Watford to Trowbridge just for a car. Tried other places but honestly I was never comfortable dealing with them. John was awesome and Chris was awesome. 100% would buy again from them if ever I need a car in the future.

Well I think the service is absolutely rubbish. People don’t phone you back when you ask for them. The car I got was advertised as two keys and only got one. Phoned John and did not show any interest in helping me. I have now had to spend my own money to get a new key and get it coded. Service is poor. Never going back to this place ever again. Don’t like people that don’t phone back when they say. Just interested in taking money and not giving the after service. Very poor.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough.Brought a C4 Cactus from them, at a fair price. I noticed a couple of days after I got it home the reverse camera was foggy and not clear at all. Called them up, they booked me in to see their mechanics, problem sorted, new camera is on its way. No cost to myself. Brilliant aftercareThank you guys will defo buy again from orchard mill.Best part of the service also was no hard sell from them. Left us alone to check the car out.

John and Chris at Orchard Mill were fantastic to deal with and I couldn't recommend them more.This dealer takes a far less sales-y approach than many, whilst providing quality vehicles (supplied incredibly clean). They came across as genuine, and provided only reassurance in what I thought was going to be a stressful process.There was a minor issue with the car, but not only did they repair it for free, they also transported it to/from the garage and provided a courtesy car.

Incredibly friendly, never pushed into a sale, very accommodating (stayed later after their closing time so I could test drive 2 cars), one of which we settled on and bought.Molly the dog is also a highlight of the visit.I could not hesitate to recommend Orchard Mill. This is my 3rd car and they have been the best car sales place I've been to.

Really refreshing to find such a genuinely friendly and helpful car dealership. No pressured sales approach at all they just left us to look at cars and provided keys when needed. Ended up purchasing a fantastic car on first visit. Can't recommend John and Chris enough so thanks again gents 10/10

Chris & John were great to deal with from test drive, agreed purchase and collection. The car was given 12 mths MOT and fully cleaned inside and out. 1yrs AA with warranty.Definitely recommend giving these guys a visit..Thanks again...

A really trustworthy, reliable and genuinely honest motor trader who are clearly focused on great customer service. I bought a new car from them, and then returned the same day to sell my old car to them as I was so impressed. John even drove me back home after I sold my car, so that I would save cash on hiring a taxi! Really cannot fault them at all, would recommend to all of my friends as well as my family. Thanks again!!
